A Garda investigation is taking place following a road traffic collision which took place yesterday evening on the N4 between Carrick-on-Shannon and Boyle.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the two-vehicle collision that is believed to have taken close to Lough key Forest Park.

Gardaí have confirmed that one person was taken to Sligo University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
In a statement to Ocean FM news Gardai says Investigations are ongoing.
