Gardaí in county Roscommon are seeking witnesses following a fatal road-traffic collision on Saturday afternoon.
The single-vehicle collision happened shortly before 2 o’clock on a local road in Frenchpark.
The sole occupant of the vehicle, a man in his late 70s, was taken by ambulance to Sligo University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
