Gardai investigating a number of break-in’s which occurred across the region

A number of break-ins have taken place throughout the counties of Sligo and Leitrim over the past twenty four hours.

Two houses broken into in the Rathcormakc area of Sligo yesterday yesterday.

Ocean FM news also understand that a further two houses were broken into in Ballisodare.

It’s understood that the break-ins in Ballisodare occurred between 3.30 and 5.30pm.

Gardai have confirmed this morning that they are also investigating break-in’s which took place in Ballinacarrow and in Drumshanbo County Leitrim.
