Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at a residence in Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Gardaí were alerted to the discovery of the body of a man at a residence on Saturday afternoon, 17th December 2022.
The scene is currently preserved and the Garda Technical Bureau are conducting a technical examination.
The services of the Office of the State Pathologist have been requested. The results the post-mortem examination will determine the course of the investigation.
