Gardaí investigating spate of burglaries

Investigations are continuing into a spate of burglaries in the south Sligo and north Roscommon areas.

Gardaí say three burglaries occurred at residences in the Gurteen area of Sligo on the evening of Friday, January 12^th.

Separately, Gardaí are investigating two further burglaries from residences in the Boyle area of Roscommon on the same evening.

Gardaí are reminding the public to be vigilant.

Gardaí say that no arrests have been made and no further information is available at this time.
