Government accused of spin over latest Killybegs funding annoucement

An Independent Donegal TD has accused the Government of spin as it relates to today's funding announcement for Killybegs.

It's after the contract for the delivery of a €10.5 million quay development at the Fishery Harbour Centre was awarded in recent days.

However, Deputy Thomas Pringle believes that the majority of the money sanctioned was already flagged as far back as five years ago.

Deputy Pringle says while he hopes that there will be additional works at the harbour, this latest announcement sounds a bit familiar:
