The Government is considering additional support for Letterkenny University Hospital.
It follows news this week that a consultant urologist at the hospital resigned from public practice over what he has described as impossible working conditions.

The issue was raised in the Dail by Donegal Independent TD Thomas Pringle.
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly admitted that there is an issue with staffing at the facility and that efforts are being made to address that:
