The party's Agriculture spokesperson, Charlie McConalogue says 2,000 Irish farmers have been frozen-out of the latest initiative to support greener farming.
Deputy McConalogue is calling on the Agriculture Minister to re-open the 'GLAS scheme' - if they're serious about Climate Change.
