A house just outside of Grange in Sligo has been sold for 3 million euro.
The house, which is located in Mounttemple, Moneygold, is built on one level and surpassed its guide value of 2 million by an extra 1 million euro.
The sale of the house was handled by property advisors, Savills Ireland.
