An Bord Pleanála has granted permission for the construction of a Lidl supermarket in Tubbercurry.
It will be the third Lidl store for county Sligo and the first outside of Sligo town.

The €6 million store will be located at the old Henry Tyres and K & B Supplies site in Tubbercurry.
The German supermarket chain’s plans include the development of a single-story discount food store supermarket with ancillary off licence sales.

Four fully active EV charging points are also proposed allowing for future expansion to 27 spaces.
