GSOC investigating member who attended party with Gerry Hutch

Gardai are to investigate allegations a member of GSOC attended a party which was also attended by Gerard Hutch.

Justice Minister Simon Harris has received a report on the issue and has referred it to Gardai to establish if any concerns of a criminal nature arise.
