A north Leitrim councillor is calling for Kinlough and Dromahair be moved into County Leitrim to benefit under a rural economic and development scheme.
They are currently in counties Sligo and Donegal for the purposes for the so-called REDZ Scheme.
Manorhamilton-based Independent councillor Felim Gurn says this situation needs to be rectified as a community development plan has to be developed in each area so they can benfit from funding.
He says both Dromahair and Kinlough have problems that need to be dealt with:
