It's hoped that action will be taken on a structural report on the notorious Old Mill Apartment Complex in Ballisodare.
The assessment was carried out to consider the buildings viability -the eyesore has been lying idle in the village for many years and has previously been described as 'an appalling legacy from the Celtic Tiger days.'
The 75-apartment building was built at a cost of 12 million euro.
A draft report has been completed and has been sent to the owners of the complex for consideration.
