The Head of Enterprise in Donegal says they hope to create up to 400 jobs over the next three and a half years.
The new Local Enterprise Plan will be launched in Letterkenny next week.
It's aim is to help new start-up businesses in the county.
And Michael Tunney says more jobs need to be created in the county through entrepreneurship.
