Sligo University Hospital is urging patients who have an outpatient appointment to attend the appointment as per the details in their letter from the hospital.
It points out that appointments are considered essential travel and are permitted under the Level 5 lockdown guidance.
Hospital Manager Grainne McCann says if people cannot attend they should contact the hospital and let it know.
