Hospital trolleys: No one waiting for bed in Letterkenny, 25 waiting in Sligo

There is no one on a trolley waiting for a bed in Letterkenny University Hospital today, according to figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

However, there are 25 people waiting on a trolley at Sligo University Hospital.

Six of these are in wards; the other 19 are in trolleys in other areas of the hospital.

Overall throughout the country today, there are 425 people on hospital trolleys.
