House rent prices continue to rise in north west

House rental prices across the north west are continuing to rise according to the latest survey from daft.ie

Rents rose nationally by 9.8% last year and while the increases in Leitrim and Donegal came under that figure the increase in Sligo was recorded at 11%.

Mark Mullholland from Mullholand Property Partners says demand is still well outweighing demand particularly in Sligo Town.
