The Irish Creamery and Milk Suppliers Association is calling on the Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed to intervene in ensuring Glas payments are finally made to farmers.
The Chairperson of the ICMSA Farm and Rural Affairs Committee, Patrick Rohan, has labelled the ongoing delays on GLAS payments “totally unacceptable”.
He says three months later farmers are still waiting for these much-needed payments.
