Illegal fishing netting, the equivalent of six Olympic swimming pools in length, was discovered on Lough Swilly over the weekend.
It was seized by officers from Inland Fisheries Ireland while on sea patrol on Sunday.

The nets measures 200 and 100 metres in length and were found at Leenan Bay.
Investigations are ongoing.
