There are calls for works to be done to improve the area around recycling bins and bottle banks in the village of Ballinacarrow, in County Sligo.
The area is prone to flooding at times while litter has also been left at the location.
Fine Gael Councillor Dara Mulvey says the local community has done great work in the village but he says help from the council is need to upgrade this area.
