INMO figures show 76 people waiting on hospital beds in north west

There are 76 people waiting at the North West’s two main hospitals on trollies today.

50 people were waiting on a hospital bed at Sligo University Hospital this morning, 21 were in the emergency department and 29 elsewhere in the Hospital.

Meanwhile there are 16 people waiting in Letterkenny University Hospital 12 of those are in the Emergency department.

The figures were contained in the latest INMO trolley watch figures which claim that there are total of 510 people across the country waiting hospital beds.
