A Sligo Councillor says the cost of insurance for the community sector must be addressed.
Independent Councillor, Marie Casserly believes a recent judicial review into personal injury claims doesn't go far enough.
She says damages awarded for minor injuries were reduced by 52% but an 80% is needed to properly address the cost of insurance.
Councillor Casserly says the sector just doesn't have the funds to cover costs.
