Investigations continue into Letterkenny-Dublin bus incident

Bus Éireann have confirmed that an incident occurred involving one of their busses on the Letterkenny to Dublin route in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Local emergency services and Bus Éireann personnel attended the scene. One passenger was taken to hospital as a precaution and was released a few hours later.

Bus Éireann is investigating how this accident occurred, as per standard procedure for such an incident.

They stated that the safety of their passengers, staff and the public is of paramount importance to Bus Éireann, and that they would like to thank An Garda Síochána and the emergency services for their swift response to the incident.
