The Director of public health for the HSE North-West has urged the public to avail of the new walk in vaccination centres which will be operating across Sligo Leitrim and Donegal.
Ireland's first walk-in vaccination centres will open this bank holiday weekend.
People without an appointment will be able to get a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at the various sites.
The walk-in clinics are open to everyone over aged 16 - meaning those aged 12-15 will not be able to avail of them for now.
Locally centres at Letterkenny IT and Cardonagh will be open to those in Donegal, the Primary Care Unite in Carrick-on-Shannon in Co Leitrim and in Sligo at the Knocknarea at Sligo Institute of Technology.
