The creation of 40 jobs by Avantcard has been described as a major boost to the north west.
The jobs will be based in Carrick-on-Shannon and have been created as a result a new partnership between Avantcard and An Post.
Once the roles are filled, the work force in Avantcard in Carrick-on-Shannon will stand at 220.
Sligo Leitrim Fiánna Fáil TD Eamon Scanlon says the creation of the jobs will come as a major boost to the local region which has suffered more than it's share over the past decade.
