Johnston Court Shopping Centre placed on the market

The Johnston Court Shopping Centre in Sligo has been placed on the market with a guide price of €5.7 million.

There are 22 units included in the Centre which is situated in the heart of Sligo town centre is home to retailers Boots and Elverys.  The Centre  was constructed in 2007.

The Centre reported a pre-Covid-19 footfall of about 2.2 million and produces an annual net operating income of 660,000 euro.
