On Saturday afternoon, Killybegs Coast Guard were tasked to a boat with engine failure.
The boat was between Muckross Head and Teelin Pier when the engine failure occurred.
The boat was launched and the crew made their way quickly to the area and took the casualty boat under tow.
The Coast Guard towed the boat to Teelin Pier to the awaiting shore team.

Killybegs Cost Guard are reminding the public, if they see someone in trouble in or near the water or think that they might be in trouble dial 112 or 999 and ask for the Cost Guard.
