Up to €20,000 worth of illegal fireworks have been seized in Sligo.
The seizure was carried out yesterday, as part of Operation Tombola, at a residence in Sligo Town shortly after 6.30pm.
A small quantity of suspected cocaine was also seized.
Investigations are ongoing at Sligo Garda Station in relation to this seizure.
