Latest poll shows drop in Sinn Féin support

Latest poll shows drop in Sinn Féin support

Support for Sinn Féin has fallen to its lowest level of support in four years according to the latest Political opinion poll.

 

A Red C poll for the Business Post puts the party at 25 per cent - down 4 points from the last poll in November.

While Sinn Féinn remains the most popular party in the country - the poll indicates it's a full 11 points from it's peak of 36 percent in May 2022.

 

Support for Fine Gael is unchanged at 20 per cent, while Fianna Fáil is up one point to 17 per cent.

Elsewhere, Independents up 2 points at 15 per cent, the Social Democrats unchanged at 6 per cent.

 

Labour and the Green Party are both unchanged at 4 per cent, People Before Profit/Solidarity unchanged at 3 per cent, while Aontú are up one point to 3 per cent.
