It's predicted that the price of an average second-hand three-bed semi in County Sligo will increase by 5% this year.

 

According to a national survey by Real Estate Alliance, the average price of such a home now stands €217,500.

That's up 12% on the December 2022 average of €195,000.

 

In Sligo town, prices in 2023 rose by 12.8pc to an average of €265,000, while prices in Tubbercurry during this period rose by 9.7pc to €170,000.

In Leitrim, its predicted that the price of the same kind of house will rise by 7% in 2024 .
