Leitrim Council to contact Eir over customer service

The local authority in Leitrim will be asked to contact the Tele communications Company Eir, in relation to their Customer services.

It's been claimed that several customers have had to endure long periods of times waiting for assistance when it comes to dealing with Eir.

As a result Drumshanbo based Fine Gael Councillor Enda McGloin says the service is not good enough and he is calling on the Council to contact Eir in relation to them improving their customer service for those that are being affected by technical problem:
