A Leitirm councillor has challenged the local authority to outline what level of business they conduct with small family-run, rate-paying businesses in the county.
Sinn Fein Councillor Padraig Fallon made the call after it emerged that Leitrim County Council has ceased dealing with a fuel supplier in north Leitrim.
The Drumkeerin based councillor says that’s it vital these type of enterprises receive adequate support where possible.
