Leitrim is the most affordable place for first time buyers in Ireland, a new survey has found.
Switcher.ie has revealed the most affordable places in the country and Leitrim was named the top spot for joint buyers.
With some of the cheapest house prices in Ireland, it would take just 2.5 years to save the minimum 10% deposit for a house in the County.
