The ESB have confirmed that over 50,000 Euro will be available in the north west community groups in the latest round of wind farms community funds.
Carrane Hill, Garvagh Glebe, Black Banks and Tullynahaw Wind Farms have announced the sixth round of their community funds.
The funds, which are valued at a combined value of over €52,000 this year, opens today and Applications can be made online until Friday 15th March.
The Funding is available to support local organisations in the delivery community projects and initiatives under a number of different categories.
Majella McCarron is the Community fund Co-ordinator with ESB. She says Community Groups can submit applications in a number of different section.
