Local Hotelier warns of proposed rise in hospitality V.A.T. Rate

An increase in the Hospitality VAT rate in tomorrow's budget could lead to job losses right across the local region.

There are fears that the VAT rate could be restored to 13.5% in tomorrow's budget for the hospitality sector.

According to Joe Dolan any increase would have a very negative impact on the industry in the border region especially where Brexit is also another major concern.
