The north west is set to be hit with St. Patrick’s Day fever in the coming days.
Some St. Patrick’s parades and other events have taken place in recent days.
However, a number are due to take place in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal on both Sunday and Monday.
The Sligo town parade will start at Mail Coach Road at 12 noon on Monday and conclude on Pearse Road.
West Sligo parades Enniscrone and Easkey will begin at 1 and 3pm respectively, Grange at 2pm, Ballymote at 3.30pm and Aclare and Gurteen both at 4.30pm.
Drumshanbo (4pm), Drumkeeran and Manorhamilton (both 5pm) will take place on Sunday, March 16th.
Dromahair’s St Patrick’s Day parade takes place at 4pm on Monday.
While in Donegal, the Dunkineely parade has already taken place.
Kilcar (12 noon), Ballyshannon (2pm), Donegal Town and Killybegs (both 3pm) and Bundoran (3.30pm) all take place on Monday.
