The decision not to run the 2020 Rory Gallagher International tribute festival will be a major blow to the local economy of Ballyshannon.
That's according to a local Councillor who says the right decision was taken in relation to Covid-19 concerns, local businesses will feel the effect of the void which will be left without the hugely popular event being this summer.
