€270,000 has been allocated under different schemes for the North West region.
€60,000 of which comes from the 2020 Rural Innovation and Development Fund going towards 3 projects in Sligo and Leitrim.
The Strandhill Market is to receive €18,942, which will be used in helping reopen the market, €17,500 is going towards the Sligo Food Trail, and a further €22,750 to Drumshanbo's Taste Leitrim Food and Drink Experiences.
Meanwhile €210,000 will go towards 18 different projects across Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal under the Historic Structures Fund.
