It's hoped that a major job fair taking place in Leitrim this weekend will help address the current labour shortage that exists in many sectors at present.
Many local businesses are reporting issues when it comes to the attraction and retention of staff.
The Recruitment and Enterprise expo is being staged in the Landmark Hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon on Friday will run between 3 and 7 p.m.
The event will feature exhibitors from up to 25 employers across the region, as well as providing interview advice and CV guidance for job seekers
