Man arrested following spate of church burglaries in Donegal

A man has been arrested in Donegal following a number of church burglaries across the county.

It’s thought that at least eight churches have been broken into in recent weeks.

Money along with church documents were taken during the course of the incidents.

Gardai have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with the burglaries and he’s due to appear in court today.

Communities across the North West are being urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Gardai.
