A man who was arrested in Donegal on suspicion of being part of an unlawful organisation has been released without charge.
Gardai have confirmed that they are no preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The man who is in his 30s and from Northern Ireland was arrested in the east of the county on Monday.
He had been detained in Letterkenny Garda Station under the Offences against the State Act.
