A man that was arrested as part of this investigation following the discovery of a Woman's Body in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan, on the 11th January has since been charged.
He is expected to appear before Monaghan District Court this morning, at 10:00am.
The body of mum of five Annie Heyneman was found on Saturday night, January 11. She had been stabbed a number of times.

A man was arrested at a takeway premises in Ballyconnell a short time later.
The woman's husband also suffered serious injuries during the incident. He remains in hospital where his condition is now described as “stable”.
