Man charged in relation to alleged stalking offences following North West arrest

A man has been charged following a complaint made by a female public representative.

The man in his 20s was arrested yesterday in the North West region in connection with alleged stalking offences.

He remains in custody under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, at a Garda station in the North Western Region.

The man is due to appear before Galway District Court later on this morning.
