A man has been charged following a public order incident in Sligo town.
Gardaí were called to an incident at Lord Edward Street at around 7pm on Saturday evening.
The man, aged in his twenties, was arrested at the scene was subsequently charged and will appear before the courts at a later date.
Investigations are ongoing.
