A man in his 60s has died following a workplace accident in Ballyshannon.
Gardaí and emergency services attended a premises in in the town yesterday at 1 p.m. following reports of an incident.

The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
His body was removed and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.

A spokesperson for the Health and Safety Authority confirmed they are aware of this incident and have launched an investigation.
An investigation into the incident will be carried out and a file will be prepared for the Coroner.
