A man in his 20s has been assaulted following a weekend attack in county Donegal.
It's understood that the assault happened in Ballyboffey in the early hours of Saturday morning, outside of a food food outlet.
The man was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital, with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries at this time.
Gardai have launched a full investigation, and no arrests have been made.
