A man has been taken to Sligo University Hospital following a road traffic collision in Leitrim.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene of the collision which took place on the R208 between Drumshanbo, and Drumcong yesterday afternoon.
The single vehicle collision occurred at approximately 5:20pm.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a male in his 40s, was conveyed to Sligo University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
