A man has appeared before Carrick on Shannon District Court today in connection with a robbery that took place in Manorhamilton on Sunday evening.

He was brought before Carrick on Shannon District Court today, charged with the robbery, and also a separate charge in relation to alleged theft in Sligo.
The man has been remanded in custody to appear at a later sitting of the District Court.
