An 85-year-old man remains in hospital following last Friday afternoon's road traffic accident on the Sligo/Mayo border at Doocastle Cross.
The man, who is from the Doocastle area, was seriously injured when the quad he was driving collided with a car on the Ballymote to Charlestown road.
Gardaí in Claremorris told Ocean FM News this afternoon that the man remains in Sligo University Hospital.
