Martin Hegarty to seek local election nomination

It's been confirmed that Kilcar native Martin Hegarty is to seek nomination as a local election candidate for Fianna Fáil in the south Donegal constituency.

Mr. Hegarty was chosen at the Fianna Fáil Kilcar Cumann meeting last weekend.

Mr. Hegarty is currently the residential services manager at Carrick sheltered housing and member of St Cartha’s pipe band.

The local elections take place on June 7^th.
